‘Black Warrant’ philmCGI’s latest work on Netflix Now

philm CGI studio is proud to have contributed to the visual effects of “Black Warrant” enhancing the series’ portrayal of the prison environment and the era.

The series has received positive reviews for its gritty and realistic depiction of prison life.
The series delves into themes of corruption, crime, and the moral dilemmas faced by those within the prison system and complexities and challenges of being a rookie jailer in one of India’s most notorious prisons.

16 days of shooting, 16 months of post-production, 945 VFX shots, and 84.5 minutes of controlled chaos! We thought we had it all under CTRL—until we didn’t. Now, it’s out in the wild!
Special shoutout to the visionary Vikramaditya Motwane for pushing storytelling boundaries, to Arya Menon and the AD team for their unwavering support. The dream team’s passion truly brought this project to life!
